Day 1: Saturday, 24 July 2010 - Fourways, Johannesburg
Arrive Johannesburg (South Africa). Transfer to SunSquare Hotel, Montecasino, Fourways. This cosmopolitan lifestyle hotel is a trendy destination for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is located on the Montecasino Piazza and is linked directly to the spectacular Montecasino Entertainment complex offering a selection of restaurants, retail shops, cinemas, theatres and casino. Day 2: Sunday, 25 July 2010 – Trip to Sun City – Start of SAPICS Conference
Morning travel via coach to Sun City. Check-in at the Cascades Hotel. The 5 star Cascades Hotel is the grand old lady of Sun City and is the epitome of timeless elegance, understated luxury and sophistication. It is one of the favourite hotels of choice for guests who frequent Sun City. The hotel has undergone an extensive refurbishment transforming the area into a tropical paradise reminiscent of the azure blue of the tranquil Mediterranean. The hotel offers two fantastic restaurants namely the Peninsula and Santorini, which specialise in international and Mediterranean style cuisine. Lunch excluded. Conference registration at Sun City Convention Centre. Workshops and opening of exhibition on this day. Drinks & light supper to be served. Overnight at Cascades Hotel (Bed & Breakfast basis).

Day 3: Monday, 26 July 2010 – SAPICS Conference continues
SAPICS conference commences after breakfast. Lunch included. Afternoon conference. Evening visit the exhibition where drinks & light supper will be served. Evening entertainment. Overnight at Cascades Hotel.
Day 4: Tuesday, 27 July 2010 – Final day of SAPICS Conference
SAPICS conference commences after breakfast. Lunch included. After close of conference in late afternoon, pre-dinner drinks followed by Gala dinner. Overnight at Cascades Hotel.
Day 5: Wednesday, 28 July 2010 – Travel to Bakubung Bush Lodge, Pilanesberg National Park
Travel to Bakubung Bush Lodge, “Where the Big Five Roam”. Bakubung is a place of breathtaking beauty where the Big 5 may be viewed in one of Africa’s most beautiful national parks. Accommodation at Bakubung includes: welcome drink on arrival, high tea, game drive or game walk, 6 course dinner, early morning tea/coffee, brunch and all local beverages. Lunch excluded.

Day 6: Thursday, 29 July 2010 – Bakubung Bush Lodge, Pilanesberg National Park
Bakubung Bush Lodge at leisure with the opportunity to take game drives or game walk. Lunch excluded. Overnight at Bakubung Bush Lodge.
Day 7: Friday, 30 July 2010 – Travel to Sun City and onwards to O. R. Tambo Airport
After breakfast travel to Sun City to join regular shuttle service to O. R. Tambo for return flight
